How does RGB colour matching work?

Every displayed colour combines red, green and blue values from 0 to 255. Adjusting one channel changes the mix, while the result shows exactly how far each submitted value was from the target.

What is a perfect Colour Match score?

A total RGB difference of zero is a perfect match. Lower scores are better because they mean your red, green and blue estimates were closer to the target values.
